who (for people), which (for things), that (for both) + 动词
who用来形容人,which形容物或事,that两者都可以。这种从句直接放在要说明的名词后面,不用逗号。例如:The man who works at the bank is very helpful.(那个在银行工作的男人很乐于助人。)

常见错误

✗ The bank is in the centre which I like.✓ The bank which I like is in the centre.
关系从句要紧跟被修饰的名词;which I like 移到 bank 后面才对。
✗ She is the woman who she works here.✓ She is the woman who works here.
关系从句里的主语就是who/that,不能再加一个she。
↑ 提分:再高一档可以用where(地点)和whose(所有格)来扩展,例如 the bank where I opened my account。

I want to talk about the time I opened my first bank account. It was about two years ago. I went to the City Bank branch in the town centre. A friendly cashier helped me. Her name was Sarah. First, she gave me an application form. I filled it in and gave her my passport and a bill for proof of address. She checked everything and then opened the account for me. It only took about twenty minutes. I felt very happy and a little proud because it was my first account. Sarah explained the different types of accounts and helped me choose the best one. The service was very good, and I still use that account today.
