The flat has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has a big window, so it is very bright. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a bookshelf. The kitchen is new and has a fridge, a cooker and a small table. The bathroom has a shower, not a bath.
The rent is 550 pounds a month. The electricity and water bills are not included. You have to pay an extra 50 pounds every month for these. Also, you must pay one month's rent as a deposit before you move in.
