表达将来的计划和意图
will + 动词原形；be going to + 动词原形；现在进行时（be + -ing）
will 常用于临时决定或预测；be going to 用于事先计划好的意图；现在进行时（如 I am meeting）用于已经安排好（通常有时间）的将来事件。

例句

I will help you with that box. (临时决定)
我来帮你搬那个箱子。
I am going to start a new course next week. (计划)
我下周要开始一门新课。
I am meeting my friend at 3 p.m. (安排)
我三点要见我的朋友。

常见错误

✗ I will go to the party tomorrow. (并没有临时决定的语境) → ✓ I am going to the party tomorrow. / I am going to go to the party tomorrow.
这里说的是计划好的事，不是临时决定，所以最好用现在进行或 going to。
↑ 提分：再高一档可以加入将来进行时（I will be working）或者条件句（If it rains, I will stay home）。

表达希望和计划要做某事
hope to + 动词原形；plan to + 动词原形
hope to 表示希望但不太确定；plan to 表示已经计划好的安排。两者后面都加动词原形。

例句

I hope to travel to Japan one day.
我希望有一天去日本旅行。
I plan to take a driving test next month.
我计划下个月参加驾照考试。

常见错误

✗ I hope travel to Japan. → ✓ I hope to travel to Japan.
hope 后面不能直接加动词，需要加 to。
↑ 提分：再高一档可以换用 aim to / intend to，让表达更多样。

写作 Writing Task 2 (essay) · 目标 200 词

Some people prefer to plan their future life carefully. Others prefer to live each day as it comes. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
People have different ideas about planning the future. Some people like to make plans for everything. Others prefer not to plan and just enjoy today. In my opinion, planning is good, but it is also important to live in the present. People who plan their future carefully feel more ready. For example, they save money for a house or a car. They also make plans for their career. They have goals and they work hard to achieve them. This helps them to live without too many worries. On the other hand, some people do not like to plan much. They believe life is full of surprises. They want to be free and do things when they want. They think planning too much can be stressful. They enjoy every moment and do not worry about the future. In my opinion, a little planning is necessary. I plan for important things, like my studies or my job. But I also try to enjoy my free time without too many plans. For me, the best way is to have a plan but also be open to change. To sum up, both ways have good points. People should choose what makes them happy. A mix of planning and living in the present can be a good balance. That is why I try to plan my week but leave weekends free to relax. This helps me stay happy and not too stressed.

Q: Why do some people make very detailed plans for the future?
Maybe they feel more secure with a plan. They know what to do and when to do it. This helps them to feel in control of their life.

I think it can be good, but not too early. If they plan too early, they might not try new things. It is good to have a general idea but also be open to change.
