Present perfect continuous (have/has been doing) with for/sinceB1+
描述从过去开始一直持续到现在的动作，强调持续的时间长度。
have/has been + 动词 -ing；常与 for + 时间段 / since + 时间点 连用
谈论学习经历时常用，例如 I have been learning English for three years. 强调动作还在继续。注意与现在完成时（have done）的区别：have been learning 强调持续，have learned 强调结果。

Dear Sarah, How's it going? I thought I'd tell you about the guitar lessons I've been taking. I've been practising almost every day for about four weeks now, and I can already play a few songs. Learning to read music is the hardest part, but my teacher says I'm making good progress. The classes are small, so I get plenty of help. If you're thinking of learning something, my advice is to choose something you really like, because that keeps you motivated. I've been thinking about learning a new language, probably Spanish. I'd like to learn it because I love travelling, and being able to speak Spanish would make my trips to Spain or Latin America much more enjoyable. I think I'd learn it by using a language app at first, and then maybe later join a conversation class. I've heard that Spanish grammar is not too difficult, but pronunciation can be tricky. I think it would be challenging but not impossible. The most important thing is to practise regularly, and I'm sure I can make progress if I stick to it.
